We are Property Investors & Sourcing Agents. We acquired the knowledge working during many years in our areas to facilitate clients to build up their portfolios.

Our main sourcing strategy focuses on high yielding rental properties which ranges from BTL’s to office conversions into large HMOs and self contained flats. Nevertheless, we work in areas of strong regeneration input, which suggests a good growth over the years.

In the last 4 years we liaised with approximately £4,500,000 worth in property purchase with refurbishment £1,290,000 and combine rent annually around £800,000 which involved mostly BTLs and HMO rental properties, averaging a yield of 15% (including all refurbishment costs), but also commercial properties.

We offer Discovery Days in our investment area. We spend few hours with investors explaining benefits of our area, showing ongoing refurbishment projects, potential deals, introducing to letting agent and calculating deals.

Mags and Marcin

We both came from Poland to UK in 2006, where we started full time jobs. In 2013 decided to take full control of our life. We wanted to have more free time to enjoy it with our families who stayed in Poland, secure our future and enjoy our hobbies. Mags love fitness, being active and Marcin loves traveling, spend time in nature and discovering new places. We started learning how to buy properties in UK and generating cashflow which would replace our income from job. We bought our first BTL in 2014 and then another one and another one.
