Our main sourcing strategy focuses on high yielding rental properties which ranges from BTL’s to office conversions into large HMOs and self contained flats. Nevertheless, we work in areas of strong regeneration input, which suggests a good growth over the years.
In the last 4 years we liaised with approximately £4,500,000 worth in property purchase with refurbishment £1,290,000 and combine rent annually around £800,000 which involved mostly BTLs and HMO rental properties, averaging a yield of 15% (including all refurbishment costs), but also commercial properties.
We have been helping other investors from places like Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, UK and other Europe countries to grow their portfolio through sourcing them properties, overlooking refurbishment and connecting with quality agents.

We offer Discovery Days in our investment area. We spend few hours with investors explaining benefits of our area, showing ongoing refurbishment projects, potential deals, introducing to letting agent and calculating deals.

We both came from Poland to UK in 2006, where we started full time jobs. In 2013 decided to take full control of our life. We wanted to have more free time to enjoy it with our families who stayed in Poland, secure our future and enjoy our hobbies. Mags love fitness, being active and Marcin loves traveling, spend time in nature and discovering new places. We started learning how to buy properties in UK and generating cashflow which would replace our income from job. We bought our first BTL in 2014 and then another one and another one. Our goal was not only to concentrate on BTLs, but also invest in HMO’s and Flips which were acquired during our journey.
We were very proactive with direct to vendor marketing and building relationships with Estate and Letting agents in our investment area and quickly finished with more deals than we could buy. That led us in 2016 to start sourcing properties for UK and international investors. Our knowledge and experience allowed us to help busy professionals to grow their portfolios with hassle free and enjoy more time with their families.
